Proven Track Record

Hi I am Mark and I am the Sports Therapist at MacElite. I’ve always been passionate about sport and helping people perform at their best. Having played at various levels, from semi-professional football to running, open-water swimming, and golf, I understand firsthand what the body needs to move well, recover properly, and stay injury-free.

As a sports therapist, I pride myself on clear communication and the ability to adapt on the spot. Every session is completely tailored to you and begins with a full assessment, including postural analysis, range of motion testing, and specific special tests to identify injuries and dysfunctions. This ensures the treatment you receive is accurate, targeted, and effective.

I hold a Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science, along with Level 3 Sports Massage and Level 4 Injury Rehabilitation qualifications. I’ve also completed additional professional development in treating tendinopathies, dry cupping, and taping. My treatments include soft tissue massage, myofasical release, positional release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, as well as pre- and post-event preparation and maintenance sessions.

My goal is simple: to support your recovery, enhance your performance, and help you stay active doing what you love.
